Ventilator Machine classification

Ventilator Machine,it is a kind of can take the place of,control or change people normal breathing,increased pulmonary ventilation,improve respiratory function,reduce power consumption,breathing device for managing cardiac reserve capacity.When infants complicated with acute respiratory failure,through positive conservative treatment is invalid,breathing and much sputum and thick,expectoration drainage difficulty,blocking the airway or atelectasis,consideration should be given endotracheal intubation and ventilator.Ventilator Machine must have four basic functions,namely to lung inflated,breathe in to out conversion,alveolar gas discharge and exhale to inhale conversion,cycle in turn.So there must be,conveying gas engine instead of the human body well.

Breathing machine categories:
1.According to the connection with the patient can be divided into:
Noninvasive ventilator:breathing machine,through the mask to connect with the patient.
Have a breathing machine:breathing machine through endotracheal intubation is connected to the patients.



2.According to use classification:
Emergency breathing machine:special field first aid.
Breath therapy ventilation machine:for a long time in patients with respiratory insufficiency ventilatory support and respiratory therapy.
Anesthesia ventilator:dedicated to anesthesia breathing management.
Pediatric respiratory machine:special without and newborn ventilatory support and respiratory therapy.
High frequency respirator:have ventilatory frequency > 60 times/min.
Noninvasive ventilator:through the mask or nasal mask ventilation support.

3.According to the drive way classification:
Pneumatic pneumatic ventilator,air supply and control system are only powered by oxygen source.Portable emergency breathing machine.

4.According to the ventilation pattern classification (four categories):
Regular ventilation machine (time switch):according to the preset time exhaling and inhaling complete conversion.
Constant volume ventilation machine (capacity switch):complete inhalation and exhalation conversion as the default output volume.
Constant pressure ventilation machine (pressure switch):according to the preset exhaling and inhaling airway pressure value to complete transformation.
Circulation of qi activity (flow switch):according to the preset exhaling and inhaling gas velocity value complete transformation.
